Farwell Fruit Farm, LLC is regulated by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) as a Florida Registered Nursery # 48026081, Block # 156695, Burrowing Nematode # 3540. Our farm is able to issue phytosanitary certificates for both domestic sale of plants and international sale of seeds which are issued in conjunction with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). We request 10 days advanced notice to get a phytosanitary certificate, however, we can usually get one issued in less time.

In addition to selling out own seeds, we are able to forward seeds from other seed suppliers and include them on the phytosanitary certificate. Buyers must communicate this with us at the time of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for knowing import regulations and laws for the destination country, state, and local jurisdiction. A phytosanitary certificate does not guaranty that the destination country will accept the seeds and there is no refund given in the event that seeds do not reach the buyer.
