Caryodendron sp. Dwarf Inchi Seeds
Caryodendron sp. Dwarf Inchi is cultivated for its edible nut which is nearly identical to Caryodendron orinocense but smaller and easier to remove the nut from the shell. The nuts contains 40% oil and is enjoyed by cows. The tree is small, precocious (4-5 years for fruit in the tropics), a heavy producer, and monoecious. The tree is from the tropics so it will enjoy high humidity, lots of water, and protection from the wind.
